Use of Services

Account Registration

To access the execution engine, AI chatbots, and workspace features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update any changes to your information.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

AI Credits and Subscriptions

LexisOps utilizes a credit system for AI Actions (e.g., Smart Ingest, Goal Doctor, AI Chatbots).

  • Monthly subscription credits do not roll over.
  • Top-Up credits purchased separately roll over and never expire.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, or subscription tiers with 30 days prior notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass the AI credit deduction systems.
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content through our AI processors.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' workspaces.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of LexisOps (including the "6 Hats" methodology layout, Playbooks, and system prompts) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services, including your tasks, goals, and "brain dumps." By using LexisOps, you grant us a license to process, store, and transmit this data strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • AI-generated suggestions, tasks, or playbooks will be perfectly accurate or suitable for your specific business.
  • Our services are free of viruses or harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Loss of data (including workspace tasks and goals).
  • Business interruption resulting from relying on AI-generated advice.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of our services.
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Your violation of any rights of another party.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law
